The Cambs Law Firm, LLP

Attorneys, like other professionals who provide advice on personal financial matters, are now required by a new federal law to inform their clients of firm policies regarding privacy of client information, even though attorneys have been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality.

In the course of providing certain legal services to our clients, attorneys at The Cambs Law Firm, LLP receive significant personal financial information from our clients and, on occasion, from third parties such as accountants, insurance agents, banking institutions and other advisors. We do not disclose any of this information to anyone except as required by law or as authorized by our clients.

We retain records relating to professional services we provide so that we are better able to assist our clients with their professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. We maintain safeguards which comply with our legal and professional obligations to guard our clients' nonpublic, personal information against unauthorized disclosure.

If you have any questions about our privacy policy or procedures, please contact Denise P. Cambs, Esq.
